The house stands in about 2 acres, all for your exclusive enjoyment. Situated right in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, Cravens Manor is very secluded.

The gardens have recently been transformed, with a quiet side garden, wild meadow and grass areas for play. The new herbaceous borders promise lots of summer colour.

The spacious terrace at the rear with the nearby built-in barbecue is surrounded by bright shrubs and flowers. During the day, it enjoys both sun and shade and in the evening you can linger over moonlit meals.

The swimming pool, open for summer between late May and late September, is gated and hedged around. It measures 10m by 5m with a 1 metre shallow end shelving to a deep point of over 2 metres. It is heated by the sun and calor gas, maintained to a temperature of about 27 degrees Celsius and professionally serviced weekly.

The clear blue water tempts even the most reluctant swimmer. What could be better than a dip in a nice warm pool on one of the hot sunny days we generally enjoy on the East coast. And if it’s not so hot, you’ll find the children just enjoy themselves anyway.

The poolside furniture will help you relax – why not enjoy a nice lingering summer lunch while the children splash happily? But please don’t swim after eating and drinking! Or simply sunbathe.

There are large tables on both the terrace and the front lawn to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

There is parking for three cars to the side of the main drive and plenty of space for unloading and parking in front of the house.
